Scott Auch Just In: Michigan CEOs believe state’s economy will worsen, survey shows

Crain's Detroit Business just posted this article about how Michigan CEOs are pessimistic about Michigan’s economy in the coming months, but believe the national economy will hit bottom and begin to improve. Nancy Jackson Aaack! I am FINALLY giving up on www.elance.com

I have had it with their contractor prices!! Today, I bid on a project and was offered the same rate that I pay my catsitter. Enuf already with the $9 per article pay rate -- and this from a guy who spells article "artical"! Guess the 3,467 writing clips I sent him didn't convince him that I was sufficiently "seasoned." There, I feel lots better now. Sorry about that frontal lobe spasm. Continue

Charles Stroh Artist's Economy: How are you doing?

Governor Granholm is between a rock and a hard place these days as she struggles with how to keep the State of Michigan solvent. One of her strategies is to cut arts spending.
