Artist's Economy: How are you doing?

Governor Granholm is between a rock and a hard place these days as she struggles with how to keep the State of Michigan solvent. One of her strategies is to cut arts spending. While I don't agree with that action, I do recognize the serious nature of trying to balance a budget in Michigan. Artwork has not been selling very well of late and that concerns me.
